Roland Dumas, Ph.D. heads strategic leadership practice.
A founding principal of RIS, Dumas served for two years as Chief
Operating Officer for Progress Investment Management Company,
where he oversaw the reengineering of technology platforms,
enhancement of compliance discipline, and the integration with
the parent company, FleetBoston.
He is conducting investigations into methods for bringing greater
insight and perspective into the strategic planning process,
as well as developing proactive leadership diagnostics for entrepreneurial
and fast growing companies.
